Shipping policy

We courier every Friday using Fastway Couriers. In the instance that we notice your address is in a remote area, we will reach out and arrange an alternative shipping method (Pudo, Aramex etc). If your order is received after Wednesday 20:00, it will be sent the Friday thereafter (unless stated otherwise with).

Shipping takes 1 - 3 business days from the day we courier.

Please consider the above when purchasing gifts.

Your tracking number will be loaded as soon as your order has been packed but will only be available to track once courier collects.

Once the parcel leaves us, it is your responsibility to track it daily and submit any queries to Fastway Couriers directly.

NB! Do not wait longer than 5 business days after your order was sent and not received, to bring this to the attention of Fastway Couriers. The sooner an issue is reported, the sooner it can be resolved. 

Making a payment, will confirm that you agree to the above and will allow us sufficient time to prepare your order with the love and care it deserves.
